A professional mold assessment begins with understanding the property and the conditions that may be contributing to mold growth. Envirosafe evaluates visible conditions, moisture concerns, and areas of suspected fungal growth. air, surface, or other appropriate sampling may be performed when necessary, with samples analyzed by an independent accredited laboratory.

Indoor environmental concerns aren't always visible. Envirosafe evaluates conditions that may be affecting the indoor environment and selects testing or sampling based on the specific concerns identified. Findings are documented in a clear written report to help you understand the results and determine appropriate next steps.

Moisture problems can exist beyond what is immediately visible. Envirosafe evaluates suspected water intrusion and moisture conditions using visual inspection, moisture measurements, and thermal imaging when appropriate to help identify affected areas and potential sources.

Mold remediation doesn't end when the remediation process has been completed and the equipment is removed. Envirosafe provides independent Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) to evaluate conditions following the remediation process and helps determine whether the affected area has achieved acceptable post-remediation conditions.
Verification may include visual evaluation, moisture assessment, and air or surface sampling when appropriate. PRV should be performed promptly after remediation and before reconstruction or other changes materially alter the remediated area.

Not every mold problem requires professional remediation.
Finding mold—or being told you have mold—doesn't automatically mean you need an expensive remediation project.
Before signing a remediation contract or authorizing work, understand what the problem is, how extensive it is, what may be causing it, and what actually needs to be done. Envirosafe - Detect, Analyze, Breathe Easy.
